Overview

We want you to be satisfied with NetVigil. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with NetVigil, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at contact@netvigil.ca with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Monthly Subscriptions

When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. No partial refund is provided for the remaining days in the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

When you cancel an annual subscription, your access continues until the end of the current annual billing period. No further charges will be made. For annual plans, we offer a pro-rated refund if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of purchase and is not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, no refund is provided for the remaining period.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore has no refund applicable. You may stop using the Service at any time.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at contact@netvigil.ca with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email and the reason for the request
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired and the cancellation is outside the 30-day window for annual plans
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to use the Service does not constitute grounds for a refund outside the applicable guarantee period

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes that affect existing subscribers will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
